Returns Information

This return policy applies to Rumia products at rumia.com.au.

NO REFUNDS FOR ALL MERCHANDISE.

FINAL SALES CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED AND CREDITED.


RETURNS

To return your order please follow the 4 easy steps below:

1. Request a return online

Once your return request submitted successfully, your will receive a return number/return ID by email.

2. Pack

Free returns in Australia (except final sale), please use the Prepaid return label in your package, no payment required.

Please note international customers are responsible for the cost/postage for all returns with the exception of faulty items. Cost will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Attach your invoice and return form, return number must be required.

3. Post Your Return Parcel

Send your parcel to the Australia Post shop.

If your return request is approval, you also will receive an email with return address.

We only process your return request within 7 days of receiving date.

Please return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving date to be eligible for a one-year store credit.

4. Processing Return

Once your parcel is received at our returns office you will be notified via email.


All returns would be for a credit note or a gift certificate code. If you require an alternate style, color and/or size, please kindly proceed to our website and place a new order (subject to availability). How to redeem it on your order, please refer to our Returns Information.


HOW TO GET A RETURN NUMBER?

Guest check out:

  • If you are eligible for a return, click on the “Request A Return” link in the footer and enter your full details. All the details must be completed when you make a return, otherwise we will not process it. 
  • Once you return request submitted successfully, you will have a return number/return ID by email, please note this number is very important.

Rumia account check out:

  • If you are eligible for a return. Sign in to your Rumia account, click “order history” find your order, and click “Return”.
  • Our return system has your full details, you only need to tick the reason for return. Once you return request submitted successfully, you will have a return number/return ID by email, please note this number is very important. 


HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

You can track your return via your selected delivery service and see when it reaches our PO Box. From there, it can take up to 48hours for your parcel to be transferred from our PO BOX to our returns office. You will receive an email when your return is received and again when processed. Please check your junk mail.


WHEN WILL I GET MY STORE NOTE/GIFT CERTIFICATE AFTER I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER?

Return for a credit note can take up to 15 business days to be processed – your patience is greatly appreciated. Once your parcel is received at our returns office you will be notified via email.

 

HOW DO I USE A CREDIT/STORE NOTE?

Rumia account check out:

If you have an existing credit note, it will be available in your Rumia account and displayed as a payment option at checkout. The amount will be taken off your order total automatically. A discount code can be used in conjunction with a credit note.

You can also know your balance in your Rumia account, click on the “Transactions” in your account.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date and time of issue. If you have not used it within 12 months, the balance will be cancelled.


HOW DO I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE?

When you check out, to redeem this gift certificate code enter the code in the “Enter your gift certificate code here” box and click submit at check out. Please note that a gift certificate code works on any items marked 'Final Sale'.

Certificate codes are valid for 12 months from the date and time of issue. If you have not used it within 12 months, the balance will be cancelled.


HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Please return your items within 15 days of receiving date to be eligible for a one-year store credit.

Please note that store notes and all codes expire 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Store credit cannot be used to purchase Rumia gift vouchers.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?

Yes, we provide a Prepaid return label for the domestic customers. Please note that Rumia does not cover the cost of return shipping for international customers. We recommend shipping your returned parcel using a trackable postage service of your choice. Rumia is not liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.


AFTER RETURNING, WHAT I NEED TO DO?

Please allow up to 15 business days for receiving and processing of your parcel at our warehouse (timeframe will be dependent on your location, and may be longer for regional areas).

You will receive an email for your store note/gift certificate code. If you have a Rumia account, it will also available in your account and displayed as a payment option at checkout.


FAULTY RETURNS

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. If an item is faulty or wrongly described you may request a refund, an exchange for another item, or a store credit. This Policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

If you receive an item that is faulty or wrongly described, please contact us to request a refund, an exchange or store credit. Faulty items can then be sent to us to be assessed by our Quality Management team.

Please note this process can take several weeks. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Refunds for faulty or wrongly described merchandise will be processed once Rumia has inspected and accepted the return, using the original tender type. Debit and credit card return must be processed.


What defines faulty?

●  Manufacturing faults.

●  Product Defect.

(Please note, sizes on the charts may have a  tolerance/variation +/- of 2cm for garment sizes.)

We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty by our garment technicians.
