For orders under $299 being shipped to any other country a shipping fee of $30 will be applied at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
In most Australian metropolitan areas shipping will take 5-8 business days which includes processing time at our warehouse in Melbourne. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days.
These are estimated delivery times only, and unfortunately we are not able to guarantee them. Rumia will not be liable for any delay in delivery. In particular, orders placed during Sale or Promotional periods may be subject to delay.
IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA CAN I STILL SHOP AT RUMIA.COM.AU?
Yes! We ship all international orders outside of Australia via Australia Post International Express.
To ensure all of our customers have access to Rumia, international shipping through Rumia Online is currently available to 38 countries across the globe, with new locations added regularly.
International orders are delivered by Australia Postal Service and will arrive within 7-20 business days (depending on customs processing in delivery country). Please refer to Australia Post International Express.
ARE YOU REQUIRED A SIGNATURE ON ALL DELIVERIES?
Yes! We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound, so we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package, our courier will leave a card and take it to your local post office where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.
If no one is able to sign for your order, the driver will follow the delivery instructions that were provided in the check-out. By selecting one of the below delivery instructions at checkout, you will be authorising the driver to leave your order at the nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery.
- Leave near the front door
- Leave out of the weather
- Leave at reception
- Take to the nearest post office
- Other (please specify)
In selecting options 1,2,3 or 5 (as listed above), the only confirmation of delivery that will be able to prove receipt of your order will be obtained from the driver as there will be no signature taken. Thus, Rumia cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged as a result of selecting delivery options 1,2,3 or 5.
To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local Post office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe it will be returned to sender.
Re-delivery is charged at $15 for express shipping, $10 for standard shipping and $30 for international shipping.
Please note these orders cannot be sent to a PO box address as your parcel will require a signature on delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order online, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your order and send it from our distribution centre before you can begin to track your order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with a link to track your order.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A SHIPPING CONFIMATION EMAIL?
Please allow 3-4 business days for shipping confirmation emails to come through. Please also check your junk and spam folders and add us as a contact to avoid this happening. You can also check your order status via your dashboard in your account.
